I recently stayed at United Lodge Hotel and had a mixed experience. The accommodations were clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I ran into a few issues like the lack of air conditioning and a cramped shower. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were aspects that could use improvement.

The room was tidy, but the shower was extremely small, making it hard to move around. It also lacked a microwave and had below-average cutlery. I found it a bit frustrating, especially considering the size restrictions and that I didn't have the amenities I needed.

I felt really taken care of by the staff. They were accommodating and went out of their way to help me with my luggage and answer my questions. Their warmth made a big difference in my stay, but I did notice that some requests went unanswered.

My stay at the United Lodge Hotel was quite nice. the staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to ensure my son's comfort, which was invaluable during our trip. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the beds made our time relaxing. however, I did wish for a wider selection of tea options in the room.
